James Olson: Superintendent

James Olson's journey into construction began with an academic foundation at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, where he double-majored in GIS and Geography and initially pursued a career as a land surveyor. During college, he discovered a passion for woodworking, crafting custom landing nets and small furniture pieces. This hands-on experience, combined with his practical knowledge from flipping several houses, ultimately inspired James to transition fully into the construction industry.

For the past two years, James has been a dedicated Superintendent/Carpenter at TNC. He thrives on the challenges construction presents and takes great pride in creating structures that excite and inspire clients. James resides in Driggs, Idaho, where he enjoys an active lifestyle filled with fishing, dirt biking, and restoring old Volkswagens. His diverse background and enthusiasm for building make him a valued member of the TNC team.
